Estate Sale in Happy Hollow Heights Neighborhood

We will provide more information later, including Facebook Marketplace listings, but we can go ahead and say that the previous estate owner Arlene, who loved to sew, read, collect eclectic things, and cherish family heirlooms, has left behind more than a couple sewing machines with hundreds of “patterns” along side several other kinds of materials and fabric, as well as a large variety of mid century, colonial revival, and depression era furniture and lighting pieces, along with quite a handful of large, well-made cabinets, which can be re-purposed or used as is, thousands of of pieces of China and other dish & glass ware, dozens of figurines that populate and adorn her China cabinet, and a somewhat large book collection that's accompanied by baskets, paintings, and clothes that she acquired over the years.  Certain pieces of furniture and other items will also be listed on Facebook marketplace.   Currently, we are behind, still working on sorting and characterizing thousands of dishes, books, sewing materials, and figurines among the several other things she collected over the years.  All of the furniture and items will be organized in the front yard, keeping things outside to minimize risk for those with immunological concerns.  Also, family members are in the process of officially listing the house, but the house is not ready to be shown at this time.
