Flipside estate sales are conducted in private properties. This is a partial estate sale, meaning there are items in the house/cabinets that are not for sale and our seller is still living at the property. Please be cognizant of this and also other customers when it comes to parking.
Please be sure to bring appropriate help and tools for the removal of large items and be careful! Bring packing materials for glassware and your own bags and boxes.
We accept cash, checks with proper I.D. for $100 or less, and we also accept credit card with a 3% service charge applied.
