Before the Sale:
Please confirm your shipping address and payment method are correct prior to bidding.

If buyers plan to spend $500.00 or more, they can be pre-approved at the time of registration by sending Flipside a copy of their photo ID to hello@flipsideestates.com for quick and easy processing at the close of the sale. Bidders with a negative Hibid review will be excluded from participating in this sale.

During the Sale:
Items are sold "As Is"; lots with multiple items are buyer takes all. All sales are final.
Winning bidders will be automatically charged at auction close.

No bid retractions.

Bidding Approvals: Bids of $500.00 or more on a single lot and/or invoices of $500.00 or more will need to be manually approved by Flipside. A photo ID will be required from winning bidders with invoices of $500.00 or more before processing payment. If a bidder plans to spend at least $500.00, they can send a photo of their ID at the time of registration to hello@flipsideestates.com for pre-approval. Bidders with a negative Hibid review will not be permitted to bid on this sale.

Technical Difficulties: Flipside is not responsible for any technical problems that may occur with the HiBid platform at any point during this sale; especially at the close of the sale when there may be delays due to the approval process. Flipside has the right to refuse any bid/bidder and may extend manually if bids are placed.

Payment Information:
Flipside will charge the credit card on file prior to customer pickup. Please confirm that your payment methods are correct prior to bidding. Flipside accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX.

The full purchase price plus all taxes and fees are required before the removal or shipping of any of the items. If an item is being shipped, the card on file will be charged. The winning bidder will receive an invoice within 24 hours of the sale's end with details on the local pickup location or shipping options. If the winning bidder is a no-call no-show to the local pick-up, those items with be forfeited. Flipside has the right to ban customers from future online auctions and charge a removal fee of $50 per item.

Buyer's Premium:
There is a 10% Buyer's Premium on all winning bids.

Buyer's Tax:
Items are located at the personal property so sales tax will not be charged.

Condition of Items:
Flipside Estate & Consignment Concierge does not authenticate items in our sales but does make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and professional photos. Bidders are encouraged to perform due diligence on items prior to bidding. Items featured are pre-owned and may have flaws not obvious in photos and descriptions.

Items are sold "As Is"; the buyer agrees to buy them in their current condition. See photos for condition details. Lots that contain multiple items are buyer takes all. All sales are final. Flipside is not responsible for nor assumes any liability for the accuracy of the information in the lot descriptions.

Bidders may email hello@flipsideestates.com with questions about items up to 8 hours before the close of online bidding.

After the Sale:
Bidders will receive an email with the pick-up address and information after the close of the sale. Please arrange to pick up the winning items on Monday, June 14th from 3-6PM. The buyer is responsible for retrieving the item(s) from the property and bringing any help or tools required. If the purchased property has not been removed by the end of the advertised pickup date, the buyer agrees to forfeit the purchased item(s). Flipside has the right to ban customers from future online auctions and charge a removal fee of $50 per item.

If an extension is requested beyond the pick-up window, the buyer will be charged an additional fee of $1 per min; due at pick-up.

If the winning bidder is a no-call no-show to the local pick-up, Flipside has the right to ban customers from future online auctions and charge a removal fee of $50 per lot.

Shipping Terms:
Shipping is available on select items in this sale; please note that not all items are available for shipping. Please allow up to 7 business days for the shipping of purchased items. Buyers will receive a notification once their item(s) have shipped. If shipping is requested for an item listed as “no shipping”, the buyer will have to make all shipping arrangements and they are responsible for all costs including a $25 transfer fee.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping. Flipside has provided measurements in the descriptions for bidders to guesstimate shipping quotes before bidding. Items will be shipped from Indianapolis, zip code 46203. We are unable to give an accurate quote of shipping cost at the time of bidding as items are not pre-packaged and weighed.
