Please park in a safe location without blocking the neighbor’s driveway. You may need to park and walk a fair distance to reach this sale. Please no food, drink or pets in this home. All children must be attended by an adult at all times. There are expensive glass and breakables in this sale-you break it, you buy it. All items are sold “as is” with no refunds or returns. Restrooms are not available for public use. Please be advised that the Homeowners and Caring Transitions are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur on / or near the sale premises. All items must be removed before the end of the sale day.

~NOTE: Please bring help to load large items. Due to liability reasons, we are not able to help lift and move heavy items to the checkout or to your car. Thank you!
