Downsizing Estate Sale Butler County Style

Everything sells AS IS, WHERE IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified and in any case proper functionality is not guaranteed. All items will be paid for in cash (excepting vehicles or real estate).

Items MUST be paid for and picked up at the specified pick-up times (some exceptions for large, heavy items or vehicles). Please come to the loadout prepared with what you might need to safely move and transport your items, Bring your own boxes, packing material, strapping tape, etc. Bring able-bodied loadout help, tools, dollies, a hand truck, tie-downs, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. No loadout assistance will be available. Plan on setting up an appointment to pick up large, heavy, or palleted items including implements, vehicles, etc. There may be some assistance available for loading large items but only during your appointment.

We take extra effort to shoot good pictures of items and describe them as accurately as possible. If you have a question about an item please feel free to call BEFORE the auction close. We'll tell you what we know about something. Preview is by appointment only. Please call for an appointment at least 4 days before the auction closes to preview items. If you wait until the day before the auction close to request a preview of items it may be difficult to accommodate your request.
