Q: What is your refund policy?

A: We do not offer refunds and encourage buyers to review the item description and photos before purchasing. All sales are final and as-is.

Q: If I purchase an item, how do I handle the pick-up? 

A: Buyers can choose between curbside pickup or delivery to your house. Buyers can now choose to have items delivered to their house (garage or doorstep drop off only) for a fee. Delivery is available within 15 miles of the sale house. $90 per standard item & $175 per extra large item.
