ESTATE AUCTION SALE // The Brown Button team is hosting an online estate auction in a 10,000 sqft home in Bucyrus. This home is filled with a unique collection of furniture, art, collectibles, books, and rugs. Highlights include a selection of hand-woven and hand-knotted rugs, early 1960s vintage Barbies, a large group of vintage LEGO, a Polaris ATV, a John Deere Lawn Tractor, and a reproduction life-size Terracotta Warrior. Also included is furniture by Madden-McFarland and Restoration Hardware, Asian antiques, vintage games, kitchenware, and much more.

(Please note: two items in this auction have an owner-set reserve and bidding will start at the reserve amount.)

Bidding opens Saturday, June 22nd and runs through Monday, June 24th. Lots begin closing June 24th at 7:00pm.

Item pickup Wednesday, June 26th from 1-7pm

Bidding opens Saturday, June 22nd and runs through Monday, June 24th. This is a timed auction, and lots will begin closing Monday, June 24th at 7pm. Lots are scheduled to close 30 seconds apart.  If a bid is received within the last 30 seconds, one minute is added to the closing.

There is a 15% buyers premium on all items. So if you're the winning bidder at $100, the total will be $115.

If you are a winning bidder, you will receive an invoice at the end of the auction and your credit card on file will be auto-charged (there is no additional fee for credit card payments). We do not accept cash or checks for payment.

All items must be picked up on Wednesday, June 26th from 1-7pm. Items not picked up will be donated and no refunds provided. We are unable to make any exceptions to this policy.

Important Auction Information:

• To Bid: You will need to register for an auction. We will get contact and payment information from you.

• Timed Bidding: Lots will begin closing at 7pm and will close 1 minute apart. If a new bid comes in during the last 30 seconds before a lot closes, and additional 20 seconds will be added.

• Buyer’s Premium: A buyer’s premium is an additional charge to the winning bidder. It is a percentage of their bid and is added to the winning bid amount. The buyer’s premium is 15% of the final hammer price.

• Condition: All items are sold as-is. We will not give refunds for condition issues.

• Payment: If you are a winning bidder, you will receive an invoice at the end of the auction and your credit card on file will be auto-charged (there is no additional fee for credit card payments). We do not accept cash or checks for payment.

• Sales Tax: All winning bidders are responsible to pay a 9.975% state and local sales tax as required by law. Exempt bidders should file a tax exemption form with Brown Button/Circle to have sales tax removed.

• Pick-up: All items must be picked up on Wednesday, June 26th. Items not picked up will be donated and no refunds provided. We are unable to make any exceptions to this policy. Brown Button/Circle does not provide any shipping or delivery services for online estate auctions.
