Goddard Estate Auction Part 1

We do our best to describe and picture every item in its entirety, however we are NOT responsible for YOUR assumptions! We have preview dates and times listed on every auction, if you do not utilize this resource you are accepting the as is condition of the item when you bid on it. We highly urge people to make appointments for preview on every auction! 

REMOVAL:

You are responsible for bringing all help, tools and containers/boxes you may need for your items. None of which will be provided at pick up.

PICK UP DATE/TIMES:

If items are not picked up on date provided for each auction, and no attempt of contact was made to reach out to our team within 24 hours after pick up has been concluded, you will forfeit your items, but are still legally bound to pay your invoice. It is your responsibility to make sure your items are picked up on the provided date, or call and make other arrangements. Our team will no longer reach out to make sure you get your items. This is effective immediately. 

Calling:

When you call please leave a voicemail with bidder number and call back number or leave a text message with the same information. If you don't do this, it makes it impossible to get back with you. We receive multiple calls a day. Without proper identification we can't call you back.
