WE WILL TURN ALL BAD CHECK'S OVER TO CREDIT BUREAU FOR COLLECTION ! Buyers are responsible for removal and hauling during sale hours and no later than Saturday at 2 pm No Exception's . You must provide your own movers & Help!!!!. Bring Help To Move Furniture Please.. We do not have anyone available for Lifting Furniture Or Appliances!

We do not give price's of any items before sale ! If there is something you see in picture's & are really interested our advice is too be there early & form a line. Normally we have a line forming 2-3 hours before the start of the sale. We do not do pre-views to our friend's of sale or start before advertised time. No exception !!
We do not presell, Give out prices or make promises too people that we will save anything until they can to sale...If you see something you want please be here very early as first come first served !!
We are not able too take phone calls during sale we are just too busy to talk !
