By participating in our estate sales or online auctions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be accepted for any reason.

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied.

We make every effort to accurately describe the condition of every item. Listings will clearly indicate when an item is in working condition, good condition, untested, sold as-is, for repair, or for parts only. Buyers are responsible for carefully reviewing all descriptions, photographs, and asking any questions before placing a bid or making a purchase.

Pickup Policy

All buyers are required to pick up their purchases during the scheduled pickup dates and times listed for each sale.

Pickup dates and times must be strictly followed. If items are not picked up during the designated pickup window and no prior arrangements have been approved by Bonita Life Co., the purchase will be considered abandoned.

Abandoned items become the property of Bonita Life Co. and may be resold, donated, or otherwise disposed of at our discretion. No refunds, credits, or compensation will be provided for abandoned items.

Please bring adequate help, packing materials, and an appropriate vehicle for loading large or heavy purchases. Our staff may have limited ability to assist with loading.

Bonita Life Co. is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damage that occur during pickup or while removing purchased items from the property.

We reserve the right to refuse service, correct listing errors, remove items from a sale, or modify these terms when necessary.
