After over 40+ years of business, Baxter Mechanical Contractors, Inc. is closing their doors and they must liquidate their tools, equipment, inventory and office equipment from wall to wall. Everything must go, do not miss this opportunity!

Terms: This is an internet only auction. Everything is being sold in “as-is, where-is” condition. All sales are final. Not responsible for accidents, injuries or losses. We do not automatically run cards. We accept cash, valid checks or credit/debit cards at pick-up. A 4% charge will be applied to any credit/debit card transaction. A 15% buyer’s premium will be added to all purchases. No sales tax will be collected. There is no shipping for this auction. CHOOSE WISELY: We want everyone to get a good deal and most will.
