Estate Sale

1. All Sales Are Final
All items are sold as-is, where-is with no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions, but it is the buyer’s responsibility to verify condition, authenticity, and function.

2. Payment
We accept cash, venmo, cashapp, and credit/debit cards. A minimum purchase fee may be required for card transactions. No checks accepted.

4. Holding Items
We are unable to "hold" items without payment. All purchases must be completed the day of the sale unless otherwise arranged with staff in advance.

5. Pick-Up & Loading
Buyers are responsible for bringing their own help, tools, and vehicles for moving and loading large or heavy items. Purchased items must be picked up by the end of the sale unless otherwise agreed upon. Items left behind may be forfeited without refund.

6. Parking & Safety
Please be respectful of neighbors and follow all posted signs regarding parking. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or theft that may occur on the property.

7. Children & Pets
For safety, we kindly ask that children be closely supervised at all times. No pets allowed inside the sale—service animals welcome.

8. Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving disruptively, disrespectfully, or dishonestly.
