We use Dale Wilch’s Cash4U2Day silent bid sheet auction method and will open the house at 11AM Saturday February 2^nd for the viewing and start the bidding. This is a Cash Only auction and no checks or credit cards will be accepted. Be advised the removal and transportation of your won lots are your responsibility. Come with your pick up or trailer prepared to remove and transport. Please respect the home owners home and property.

How the Bidding works: Pick up a Bid Sheet at the cashiers table and start writing “What you’ll Pay” bid on your bid sheet with the lot number(s). Each item (lot) has a taq on it with a unique lot number on it. Minimum bids are $1 and additional bids must be in dollar increments only (no Cents bidding). When you’ve finished bidding, turn your bid sheet(s) with $20 cash deposit in to the cashier before 2PM. In the event of a tie (same) bid, the 1^st bid sheet in with the same bid will prevail. The cashier will get the bids tallied ASAP for all the lots, call the bidders names in the order the bid sheets were turned in and refund your $20 deposit if you have no winning bids or apply it toward your won lot(s).

No buyer’s premium or extra fees. Your bid is what you pay if you are the successful high bidder!
