We prefer cash however we will accept cash, Venmo or Zelle. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS OF ANY KIND - no cards either. You are responsible for having the necessary help for loading any furniture purchased. We are not responsible for accidents inside or outside while on the property. All sales final.

Notes: We're unboxing stuff all the time and new items will be available through out the sale. If you are looking for something specific, let me know and I'll let you know if we have it. We're cleaning out the house for sale so everything must go. If you are interested in the house/property itself, leave your name at the check out desk and we'll contact you once we are ready to list it.

(Antique books, first and signed editions priced separately and sold in the house).
