Item Removal: All merchandise must be paid for before it is removed from the premises. All inventory must be removed the day of the sale.

Food Service: Bottled water, soda and candy bars (there are lots of restaurants in the area).
Absentee Bids: Absentee bids will be executed on behalf of buyers who cannot attend the sale in person in a competitive manner as if they were present. Featuring a 1959 Bob Gibson Game Worn Rookie Jacket and Albert Pujols Career Home Run #97 Baseball (these two items will sell at noon, please see our website for provenance).
Parking will be available at the Leawood Baptist Church on the corner of 83rd and State Line.
Please note: the format for this sale is an outdoor, on-site live auction which will involve bidders standing around tables of items and bidding. The property is heavily treed, so thankfully, the sale will mostly be conducted in the shade. The cashier will be located inside the house. A portable toilet will be available. Bottled water, soda and candy bars will be sold on site. Please observe the no parking signs placed by the City of Leawood. You may have to park on an adjoining street and walk a short distance to the auction. Load-out will take place in front of the house in the area marked by traffic cones.
