PARKING, ENTRY & EXIT INFORMATION

• ALL house ENTRY will be a walk up to the FRONT DOOR.  There is access to the front from the back yard gate off the street at the back of the house.
• ALL house EXITING will be through the BACK DOOR.  All bags and sales tickets will be checked at exit.
• The DRIVEWAY will be STRICTLY RESTRICTED for handicap drop-off and directly pulling in for pick-up of purchases, PERIOD! 
• Parking will be challenging, so wear those walkers.  And, carpooling with others is always smart, and fun.
• Respect the posted NO PARKING SIGNS required for emergency vehicles and traffic flow and PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK NEIGHBOR DRIVES!  If your park Illegally as such, your vehicle will (and should) be subject to ticketing (not to mention the wrath of others).
• If the house becomes overly congested, we reserve the right to delay entry.
• Please be courteous.  If we deem anyone’s behavior to be disruptive in any manner, their purchase tickets will be voided and they will be asked to leave the premise.
• Leawood Police will be present at the sale to support these policies

Buyers are responsible for the packing and moving of purchases prior to the conclusion of the sale unless special arrangements are made.

Please watch your step. We care about your well-being, but are not responsible for accidents and for you not paying attention.

Day one items are priced as marked, however alternative bid offers on items priced $75 and over will be considered at the end of the first day and accepted bids/bidders at that time will be notified. Remember, bids are binding responsibility.

The second day items will be discounted, generally 25% off items $75 and above, and 50% off items below $75.  As the sale progresses, alternative bids will be continually evaluated and winners notified.  The objective is to EMPTY the house!  Go ahead and give it your best shot!
