LEAWOOD ESTATE SALE //  This stunning 11,000sqft luxury estate is in the running for the most significant sale Brown Button has ever hosted. The house is a showcase of the best in designer furniture, antiques, and art with many pieces purchased at Sotheby’s, Christie’s, and Doyle’s auctions and various boutiques in NYC. The sale also features a very significant collection of designer fashion including Prada, Channel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci and more. -IMPORTANT SALE PARKING INFORMATION-

All estate sale parking will be at 4829 W. 117th Street, Leawood, KS 66211 in Town Center Plaza behind Barnes & Noble. A shuttle will run from the parking location to the estate sale house every 20 to 25 minutes starting at 8:30am with the last parking pick-up at 3:30pm. No parking is allowed in the Tomahawk Creek Estates or Hazelwood neighborhoods. The only way to attend the sale is on the shuttle per Home Owner Association requirements, no exceptions.

Guests may call the sale location and purchase over the phone after 9:30am each day by calling 913-815-0505 ext 3. A staff member can let you know if the item is still available and the price. Please ask about item condition on the phone as there are no refunds. Should you purchase over the phone or in person we have delivery options available.

All large item pick-ups can occur only after the sale is closed each day. Guests may choose a specific 10 minute pick-up window from 4pm to 6pm any day of the sale, and from 12pm to 3pm on Sunday. Guests will only be able to pick-up during their designated time slot with a paid receipt shown at the front gate.

Leawood police officers will be present at the sale house and at the front gate for security.

Updated Estate Sale Procedures:

• Limited Entry: We will still be limiting the number of guests in the house at one time. As guests leave the sale, the next guest in line will be allowed to enter. Guests waiting in line will need to stand 6 ft apart. We encourage guests to attend the sale sporadically throughout the day as to not avoid a large crowd at the beginning of the day.
• Face Coverings Required: Face coverings will be required for all customers shopping and all Brown Button staff working the sale. Masks will be available for purchase for $2 each at the door. Bandanas and scarves also work.
• Stay 6ft Apart: Customers will need to stay 6ft apart from other customers while shopping in the house. At times customers will need to wait to enter a hall or room until other customers are finished.
• Cleaning Schedule: Our team will be disinfecting surfaces throughout the day. A staff member will be at the front door, opening it for all customers entering and exiting the house.
• Not Accepting Cash: To reduce contact, we will no longer be accepting cash or checks at our sales. We will only be accepting credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• Delivery Available: Customers can now choose to have items delivered to their house (garage or doorstep drop off only) for a fee. Delivery is available within 15 miles of the sale house. $90 per standard item & $175 per extra large item.
