Updated Estate Sale Procedures:

• Items Available Online: A selection of items from this sale will be available for purchase online. Buyers can choose between curbside pickup or delivery to your house for a fee. These items will be available for purchase starting two days before the in-home sale begins. Online items will be discounted in tandem with the sale discount schedule. While online purchases can be made two days before the beginning of the in-home sale, curbside pick up will be available only during the estate sale open hours. View online items here.

• Limited Entry: We are no longer requiring guests to sign up for a time slot, however we will still be limiting the number of guests in the house at one time to 7 customers per 1,000sqft. As guests leave the sale, the next guest in line will be allowed to enter. Guests waiting in line will need to stand 6 ft apart. We encourage guests to attend the sale sporadically throughout the day as to not avoid a large crowd at the beginning of the day.

• Face Coverings Required: Face coverings will be required for all customers shopping and all Brown Button staff working the sale. Masks will be available for purchase for $2 each at the door. Bandanas and scarves also work. 

• Stay 6ft Apart: Customers will need to stay 6ft apart from other customers while shopping in the house. At times customers will need to wait to enter a hall or room until other customers are finished. 

• Cleaning Schedule: Our team will be disinfecting surfaces throughout the day. A staff member will be at the front door, opening it for all customers entering and exiting the house.

• Not Accepting Cash: To reduce contact, we will no longer be accepting cash or checks at our sales. We will only be accepting credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. 

• Delivery Available: Customers can now choose to have items delivered to their house (garage drop off only) for a flat fee of $40. Delivery is available within 15 miles of the sale house.
