This is a 2 day sale. Day 1 is full price. Day 2 is 50% off. Credit accepted over $10.
All items under 50 cents will not be marked down.
We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD YOUR LARGE ITEMS.
All items are sold as is.
We will be taking bids for items over $50.
If you place a bid and it is accepted, you are expected to buy the item.
Our goal is to clear the house, so we will be calling bidders throughout the sale.
Please be kind to fellow shoppers.
**We are using the marker system if you would like to save a place in line for the start of the sale. **
Once you put your marker down, you can wait in your car until the sales is ready to start.
Also, no tags may be pulled from items before the sale begins.
Entrance and exit for this sale will be through the front door.
**We reserve the right to limit entry if the line is long and the house is too crowded at the beginning of the sale.**
