Payment: We accept all major credit & debit cards, as well as local checks under $30 with a valid ID.

Load Outs: Load out assistance by our moving staff is available for large items during most of our open hours, unless the price tag notes professional movers required.

Previews & Pre-Sales: For the benefit of all our customers, we do not allow previews of the home or pre-sales of the items before the estate sale begins. In rare circumstances the client, their family, or a legal representative withdraws advertised items before the sale opens and this is beyond our control. Whenever possible we update the pictures and description to reflect the withdrawal.

Price Information: Due to the volume of requests we are unable to provide information about pricing before the sale opens. After the sale has opened you are welcome to call the sale manager at 913-815-0505 to ask price or condition questions.

Refunds & Returns: Due to the nature of estate sales the majority of the items we sell are previously owned. We are unable to offer refunds or returns except for non-working electronics returned to the sale within 24 hours of purchase. We encourage you to look over your items in detail before purchasing at the register.

Delivery Available: Customers can now choose to have most items delivered to their house for a fee. Delivery is available within 15 miles of the sale house. $90 per standard item & $175 per extra large item. Items requiring more than two movers or disassembly may have additional charges

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

 

Q: Will you be limiting customer entry?

A: We will be limiting the number of guests in the house at one time. As guests leave the sale, the next guest will be allowed to enter. Guests waiting in line will need to stand 6 ft apart. Customers will need to stay 6ft apart from other customers while shopping in the house. At times customers will need to wait to enter a hall or room until other customers are finished. 

Q: Are face coverings required?
