Sale home is located in the beautiful subdivision of Falcon Ridge in Lenexa.  Off K10, take the Woodland exit and go North – just past the CASEY’S Gas station (home of rockstar pizza and one is coming to Waldo, yay!), go West on Prairie Star Parkway – take your first right on 98th Street and follow the sign. Address will be posted at 6am on Sunday morning, March 26th on estatesales.net and I will also post easy to follow maps.

Sometimes – most times – we are surprised as to how much volume is revealed in a home (felt that way at my home’s estate sale 8 years ago!).  This home is simply full of fun and vintage and color and cool … know you will enjoy the sale as much as we did setting it up!

• Please heed the No Parking signs and do not block neighbor’s driveways 

• If you get to the sale before we open, please place a line marker on the sidewalk by the front door – limited entry may be necessary.

• The Blue Tape A Team does not assist with moving items – our talents lie in our personalities, not in our muscles.

• We reserve the right to check any bags that come in the home.

• If you have a question during sale hours, please text 913.709.9016 as I am usually not able to answer the phone while we’re serving guests.
