2) You MUST attend the sale to purchase items. Please DO NOT call about availability of items or pricing during the sale.
3). We DO allow MARKERS. If you arrive at the sale early, you can leave an item in line at the door, marking your place in line. You are NOT ALLOWED to leave the area and come back. You must stay in your vehicle or in the area until you take your place in line.
4) We DO NOT ship items. We DO NOT take bids.
5) All items are removed from the sale after the sale closes. No items are available for purchase after the completion of the sale.
6) We accept major credit cards and cash but NO CHECKS
7) We are not responsible for accidents, whether on the exterior property or inside the house.
8) BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD LARGE HEAVY ITEMS. There are NO exceptions.
9) Mask or Face coverings are required to enter the house.
10) Please observe Social Distancing while lining up before the sale and while shopping.
11) There WILL BE limited entry. Please be patient as we are just trying to keep everybody safe in a small space.
12) No drinks are allowed in the home.
