The only way to determine the price or availability of an item is to attend the sale. We will not respond to email or phone requests for information nor hold specific items.
Cash preferred! No personal checks! Credit card purchases will be assessed a 3% fee!
Bids will be accepted on Friday only! Bids will only be accepted on items of $50 or more. Qualifying bids must be a minimum of 50%+$1. High bidders will be notified Friday evening and payment must be received before 12:00 Noon on Saturday.
Not responsible for accidents! Children 12 and under must remain with an adult at all times. No public restroom. All sales are ‘as-is’ and returns will not be accepted.
Large items are tagged with a pull tag. If you wish to purchase the item; remove tag and provide to cashier. Do not remove tags unless you intend to purchase the item.
Please bring tools to dismantle large items for removal. Please bring help for loading large items. No movers / packers will be available. Limited boxes / packing materials available on first come / first serve.
