The only way to determine the price or availability of an item is to attend the sale. We are unable to respond to email requests for information or holds on specific items.
Bids are accepted on items $50.00 or more, however, the bid must be over 50% of the marked price. Bidding ends at 1:00 on Saturday.
Items with bids can be purchased at full price or bid upon until 1pm Saturday. Bid items will be sold to the highest bidder.

HSH has been invited by Jim and Rita Wilkus to host this estate sale in their Roeland Park home.
Set in an older, well-established neighborhood, the house is for sale. The kitchen has been remodeled. There is a sitting room with a fireplace and a formal dining room. Enjoy evenings in the huge family room addition. The house has a full basement. If you are in the market for a new home, please consider the features of this one as you walk through the estate sale.
Collectors will be interested in the many Madame Alexander dolls. Look for the Brunswick air handball machine. It works. We played a game on it to test it out.
