** Sale is located in the Cedarcreek subdivision in Olathe, 66061 on Cedar Niles Circle. There are a LOT of “Cedar Niles”, so take note the sale home is on Cedar Niles CIRCLE.  

Go 435 West to K10 and off K10 take either S. Woodland Road or Hwy 7 South to College – go right down to S. Cedar Niles BLVD. Go right about 4 blocks-ish to W. Cedar Niles CIRCLE and turn left down to home (about 3 blocks).
OR

Take 435 West to K10 to the Cedar Creek Parkway exit, take a left on Cedar Creek Parkway down to W. 103rd Street and go right.  Less than a mile take a right on Cedar Niles CIRCLE and head down to the home (about 3 blocks)

·      Important and long-running Blue Tape rule:  We are unable to help move large/heavy items– we’re a tough lot, but no can do on the heavy stuff.  ALSO, we are unable to allow buyers to move large items without the appropriate strong help. SO, please plan ahead on how you will move that large item before you purchase it as All Sales are Final.  Thank you!
