Masks are required to enter the estate.

We will have a hand washing station and/or hand sanitizer available for customer use at entry and/or checkout.

Our staff will clean door knobs, check out area and any other high touch areas multiple times daily.

We do not anticipate limiting entry, but if there is an extremely large amount of people (or we are in very small estates), we may have to limit the number of people in at one time.

Please do not attend the sale if you are sick or running a fever or have been around anyone who has in the last 14 days.

Please practice social distancing while lining up outside the sale.

Please refrain from touching items as much as possible (we understand that you may need to examine items prior to purchasing)
