All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is accepted in cash or via credit/debit card. All sales are final and must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. No items will be held without payment. All items are sold "as is" and all sales are final. No warranties or guarantees, express or implied, are provided regarding the condition, quality, or authenticity of any items. Purchased items must be removed from the premises by the buyer at the time of purchase, unless other arrangements have been made with the estate sale organizers. The estate sale organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the sale. Attendees enter the premises at their own risk. No early entry will be permitted before the scheduled start time of the estate sale. Violators may be asked to leave the premises. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns will be accepted. Please be respectful other shoppers and the property. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the premises. House is NOT for sale.
