Sale home is in Overland Park between Nall and Lamar, roundabout 100^th Terrace.  No driving directions needed ‘til you need them after you buy something awesome when the sale opens!

This is all so new.  
A bit weird.  
A lot awesome learning new things.
Definitely frustrating, but we are rolling with the changes.

So I’ve given this some thought, this Sale Description thing that I do … did … but with the many details we are providing with our Yellow Tickets, I believe the details speak for themselves.  That said, please know that you can text me anytime if you have any questions about an item, or the process in general.  My cell is 913.709.9016.

I can’t not say anything … not my nature so there’s this:

“We won’t know until we know” so here’s what we know so far:

·      A genius idea may last for a moment or for a long time.   Pat yourself on the back, but don’t get too attached to that tiara.

·      My handwriting is extraordinary.  I OWN that tiara.  However comma, when tired and overwhelmed, it appears as though a drunk seal stole my Sharpie.  

·      The statement:  “Maaan, if I only had 3 weeks in my home I would get SO much done!” are just a string of words that mean almost as much as “I can totally lose those pesky 15 lbs before vacay”.

·      Paula is the Queen of Spreadsheets, Details, Organization and Patience.  She can (and does) catch the most random error or imbalance, will kindly point it out and make it better, better than a Mamma’s kiss on a boo-boo.  Suffice it to say that every Lent, Sue’s focus is “to be more like Paula”.

·      Barb is the Queen of Think-Outside-The-Bun-Get-It-Done.  Before one can think of a good idea, she has it designed, printed in colorful triplicate and on to the next project.  She, too, is the mortar that holds this show together. She also has an adorable boxer named Chumlee with whom I am in love.

·      Patience with the process.  Jumping into online sales has truly been nothing less than “baptism by fire” but, hand to God, having the exceptional A-Team at the helm has made it (relatively) smooth sailing.

·      Patience and appreciation for change.  Not in a million would I wish for this global cluster, but darn it if it hasn’t altered the way the beauty, kindness and generosity of community has been shining through with the intensity of a thousand suns.  #foreverchangedforthebetter

·      Riding a bike is seriously as cool as it was when we were younger (much), and one is the recipient of many “awwwws” and “sooo cuuuute” comments when one rides their bike with a Chiweenie dog in a bike basket.

In closing, thank you for coming along for the ride.  I hope you never tire of hearing “Support Local” … whether that’s Blue Tape Estate Sales, any of our other fabulous KC Estate Sale Companies, local shops, restaurants and the like.  

We’re just doing what we love and we love that you love it.

When you purchase item(s), know that when I schedule your pickup, you will be able to come into the Sale Home to shop for a bit (dependent on how many people are there at the same time as we are limited).   There are A LOTTTT of smalls in the home that are not listed in the ad that you’ll have the opportunity to purchase at that time.

We have the Muthalode of small sized clothing and size 6.5 shoes/boots.  If you, or a gal-pal of yours would like to have an hour to gather a new wardrobe, please contact me on my cell.  

Also, in an effort to keep our credit card fees down, we prefer cash purchases though will accept credit cards if necessary.
