HOW TO BUY AN ONLINE ITEM

1)  Once the sale starts, you can start requesting to buy an item

2)   There are 2 ways to request to buy:

      A) If you want to purchase an item, click the CONTACT TO BUY 

           button.  You will fill out a form and Vintage Monkey will receive an    

           email letting us know you plan to buy the item. Make sure that you

           are logged in to estatesales.net in order to submit a form.

     B) You can text and request to buy an item. Please include the 

          item number with your request. Text 913-707-9238

     **Please DO NOT call on the phone to request to buy. Thank you!**

3)   We will contact you via text, email OR phone to let you know that you         

      are the “winning buyer” for a particular item. 

      **We will NOT contact you if we receive multiple requests to buy an    

      item and you are not first.

4)   You will need to pay for your item within 2 hours of being notified in   

      order to get your item. A link will be sent to you for your payment 

      request through SQUARE. We will move to the next buyer if payment   

      is not made within 2 hours.

***You may not receive an invoice immediately once the sale starts. It can take SEVERAL hours to sort through all of the “request to buy” notifications. PLEASE be patient!***

5)   You will need to pick up your item during our pick up times in 

      order to buy an item.  If the item is large, you are required to bring        

      Help to move.  

                Pick up location will be provided upon payment!

      **Pick up will be in Overland Park, near Antioch and College**

 **Address will be provided after purchase**
