We are having this estate sale for a friend who is downsizing. The home is still occupied so some areas may be marked do not enter and and some items may be marked NFS. Pinebrooke will not allow estate sales, so we are having this in conjuction with their neighborhood garage sale. They also will not allow me to have any signs on their property, so please follow the pink arrows. Thanks so much. Cheri

We are not responsible for accidents. Please bring help and a dolly to load large items, and tools if you need to take anything apart. This is a 3 day sale so Thursday will be full price, Friday will be 25% off, and Saturday will be 50% off. We will be taking bids. We will go 75% off on Saturday from 12-2.
