Terms: All items are sold “AS IS”, “WHERE IS”, with no warranties or guaranties expressed or implied. We recommend that all prospective buyers attend the presale exhibition and examine the merchandise to their own satisfaction. Written and oral descriptions are the opinion of the auction company and should not be construed as a guarantee of any kind in regard to the authenticity, age or condition of any lot being sold. Buyers are responsible for their purchases when the auctioneer says, “Sold”. The last bid at an auction is an oral contract and is legally binding. All sales are final, and the auctioneer’s decision is final. Sunflower Auction is not responsible for accidents. The auctioneer is acting as an agent of the seller. Statements made sale day take precedence over printed materials. Bidding on an item indicates a buyer’s acceptance of these terms.

Preview: Friday, December 1st, 2-7PM and Saturday, December 2nd, 7-9AM.

Item Removal: All merchandise must be paid for before it is removed from the premises. All inventory must be removed the day of the sale.

Payment: Cash, Check with photo ID, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Bitcoin.

Buyer’s Premium: On-Site: 8% (discounted to 5% for cash and check), Absentee: 13%.

Sales Tax: None.

Food Service: Lenny's subs.

Absentee Bids: Absentee bids will be executed on behalf of buyers who cannot attend the sale in person in a competitive manner as if they were present. If you want to bid on an uncatalogued item, please reference the photograph number listed on Dropbox.

Saturday, December 2nd, 2017 at 9AM - ANTIQUE TO MODERN DOLLS (PLUS HOLIDAY GIFTS) - LIVE AUCTION. We will be selling a nice assortment of dolls including antique French and German bisque, vintage composition and vinyl and top-quality vintage and modern Barbies. In addition to the dolls, we will mix in some Raikes and Annette Funicello bears, Dept 56 Village and Snowbabies, Thomas Pacconi blown glass ornaments and lots of new in box gift items like Toys and Housewares. The catalogued portion of the auction will be followed by a substantial uncatalogued session. Auction to be held at Grace Fellowship Church, 10201 West 127th Street, Overland Park, KS 66213 (brick building on the southeast corner of 127th and Switzer).

Auctioneer's Note: We have so much stuff to sell this weekend, that we split it up into two events: an estate tag sale on Friday (during the auction preview), and the regular live auction on Saturday with both catalogued and uncatalogued sessions. We literally have two trailers completely full of merchandise, more than we have ever had before! Items in the estate sale will be priced to move, but if there is anything left, it will be sold on Saturday during the uncatalogued auction session. Most of the older dolls come from an estate in Springfield, MO, and the newer Barbies and collectibles come from a local collector. There will be no internet bidding at the live auction, so those who attend in person get all the deals! Please join us for a fun and exciting two-day event at the best auction venue in Kansas City.
