** SALE home is located in Overland Park at 120th and Wedd Street. Get your sweet self to 119th and Switzer - go south on Switzer to 121st St. and go left/east. Drive down 2 blocks, take a left on Wedd and few houses down you’ll see the sign, the angels will sing and the sun will be shining. Please note that this is a cul-de-sac so parking will be limited so sensible shoes are on the wardrobe docket for that day!  Address will be posted on estatesales.net on Sunday morning.

We are SO-EXCITED to be back in the In-Home Sale saddle so we can see your smiling faces cuz it’s been a minute since that’s happened!  So much going on in the world of Blue Tape but more on that later … let’s get to it!

• We do not help move items so please be prepared to have proper help to remove large items. We have a list of “customer happy“ movers listed at check out and BUNGII is always an excellent option!
• Except for electronics such as stereos and TVs, all sales are final so please do a double check on measurements, color tones, your partner’s opinion and any item blemishes before you purchase.
• Pleeeease be mindful of where you park - translation: please stay off any grass, do not park in front of driveways (not even a bumper) and do not park where there are NO PARKING signs, THANKS!
• Face coverings (mouth and nose) are required while inside the SALE home

• Valuables off site until Sale day

• Homeowners still living in the home so please respect their privacy.
