Previews/Pre-Sales: To be fair to all of our customers, we do not allow previews of the home or pre-sales of any items before the estate sale begins.
Line Rules: Place a marker at the front door, so you don’t have to physically stand in line. You must stay on the property or in your vehicle on the street to save your place in line. One marker per customer, and all customers with markers must be present.
Pricing Information: Due to the volume of requests, we are unable to provide pricing information before the sale begins. After 2PM on the first day of the sale, you may text (913) 526-8622 to ask about pricing and availability.
Returns/Refunds: The majority of the items that we sell are used, so we encourage you to inspect the items in person before buying them. As a result, we do not accept returns or provide refunds, and all sales are final. Some items, such as electronics, may be sold with a guarantee to work, or can be tested before buying. Please read the tag or ask an associate for details.
Carry-Out/Delivery: We do have staff available to assist with the loading of items. All items will need to be removed from the home by the conclusion of the sale.
Limited Entry: We do not plan to limit entry at this estate sale.
Masks: Optional.
Rest Room: A public restroom will not be available at this estate sale.
