Day one items are priced as marked, however bids will be evaluated. We do not provide packing or moving service, Buyers are responsible for the packing and moving of their paid purchases. All purchase(s) must be removed from premises before the end of the sale. All items are “sold as is, where is” with no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Payment requires cash or your personal check, no credit cards. We will limit access if location and crowd requires, or as recommended by fire or police departments. We reserve the right to refuse large bags or packs, or to inspect bags or packs. Notice day of sale take precedence over any list or advertisements.
