Please know that we have tried to come up with every possible scenario of how to offer an Online Sale, how you will see it, the ease in which you will peruse, purchase and pickup.  That said, we thank you, in advance for your being Patient Pattys as we learn our new groove.  

The transition is taking a bit o’ time, some new skillsets, a lot of detailed spreadsheets and an occasional shot of Fireball on crushed ice … on the porch, acourse.  But we’re READY!

We have TWO Estate Sales almost set up with each of them having some nice outdoor furniture, riding mower and other items that are useful this time o’ year so decided we’d start off with a small sale to offer those items to you whilst we revamp the full home sales to the online format and hopefully get the Overland Park sale live in a week or so. 

* Items that have OP by the item number are at the Overland Park home.
* Items that have SH by the item number are at the Shawnee home.

Much like our usual open in-home sales, we have provided our Yellow Ticket system to purchase that item.  The Yellow Ticket is the first pictured, with other pictures of the item following.  When you get to the next Yellow Ticket, that indicates a new item being offered.  Simple Simon.

#1 Let’s start with the Outdoor Party Pit … this set includes a gas fire pit table that’s wide enough to hold your bevs and snacks while y’all bask in the ambient glow of the fire.  

And when the midwest mid-summer heat rises and a fire is as desirable as a 4-week ‘stay-at-home’ order, put the pit cover on and you’re on your way to a mean outdoor game of cards, Jenga or simply space for a large charcuterie tray and a chilled bottle of white.  Lalicious.  

And it comes with 4 matching wide-seat chairs, complete with neutral light tan SUNBRELLA cushions: comfy, cushy and spray washable.  Outdoor entertainment at it’s affordable best, people.

#2 Large black aluminum outoor dining table with 6 chairs:  The whole fam can dine in the out-of-doors at home or at the lake with this set!  Can seat more if you have extra chairs, fyi.  And 2 of those chairs are swivel chairs – please reserve those chairs for the responsible members of your group as the swivel allows for 360° viewing of the patio/yard/lake to watch for children, wandering nosy neighbors who want what you made on the grill or incoming boating friends from the neighboring cove.  Not swearing on this, but believe there are some tan seat cushions in a patio Rubbermaid storage that may go with it.  #havetohaveit.

#3 White Resin Wicker Loveseat:  this little cutie-patootie is just that – adorbs.  The multi-seasonal resin material says “whatevs” to inclement weather while the neutral white and haaaappy new cushions whisper, “what book are we reading next?”         Will she land on your porch … your sunroom … your bedroom?  You’re just a click away from deciding!

#4 HUSQVARNA 42” Riding Mower WITH trailer/hauler:  You have a big yard, you need a big mower … it’s that simple.  The homeowner purchased this when he moved into this home about 15 years ago but don’t know the hours on it.  Barb and her handy husband were able to start it right away.  Note that one of the tires is flat but my Mower Community says that’s NBD to fix.  Comes with a handy-dandy hauler/trailer.  Think it’s also worth noting that it comes with a cup holder.  No sense in working that hard in the sun without some iced sweet tea or a cold brewski.  

#5 SHOPSMITH:  This is a lathe-based multi-tool woodworking miracle worker (I looked it up).  If you don’t know what it’s for, you probz don’t want it, but if you do then your blood pressure just went up knowing you can own this by the end of the week and already have 6 projects in your head that you’ll be working on in June.  Go you, you creative people, GO!

Several sets of nice and new/like new outdoor seat cushions, several sets of outdoor brown resin furniture, real wicker chairs/table …

TWO nice treadmills:  For those people that have called and emailed me in the last month asking if I knew where to get a good used treadmill, your ship has come in!  Kick those extra calories to the curb WHILE binging Ozark … then acourse treat yourself to some popcorn for a job well done.

#17 Outdoor Blue and white/cream stripe table/chairs:  Round table, 4 swivel/rocker chairs and serves it’s purpose.  Could use a spray down and has some wear on the corners but for the money, she’s gonna take you through a few summers, fer shure.

New hanging basket stands (3), 2 white plastic table/chairs sets (1 round, one oval), some garden hoses and a red, plastic water fountain.  

If all the stars align and the Blue Tape Sales Git-It-Done Executive Committee keeps up the pace we’re on, we are hoping to launch our Overland Park Whole House Online Sale on Saturday, May 2^nd.  By capitalizing the first letter of the aforementioned sale it makes it sound pretty official.  Cuz it is – big changes goin’ on here.
