4) All items are removed from the sale after the sale closes. No items are available for purchase after the completion of the sale.
5) We accept major credit cards, debit cards and cash but NO CHECKS
6) We are not responsible for accidents, whether on the exterior property or inside the house.
7) BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD LARGE HEAVY ITEMS. There are NO exceptions.
8) Mask or Face coverings are OPTIONAL.
9) Please observe Social Distancing while lining up before the sale and while shopping.
10) There WILL BE limited entry. Please be patient as we are just trying to keep everybody safe in a small space.

13) Markers are allowed. If you leave a marker, please do NOT leave the immediate area/premises. If you leave, your place in line is no longer reserved and you will be required to move your marker.
