1) PLEASE DO NOT CALL, TEXT, EMAIL OR MESSAGE US ON SOCIAL MEDIA or ESTATESALES.NET regarding any sale information, INCLUDING PRICING or early release of ADDRESS. We will NOT respond.
2) You MUST attend the sale to purchase items. Please DO NOT call or email about availability of items or pricing during the sale (we will not respond).
3) We DO NOT ship items. We DO NOT take bids.
4) All items are removed from the sale after the sale closes. No items are available for purchase after the completion of the sale.
5) We accept major credit cards, debit cards and cash but NO CHECKS
6) We are not responsible for accidents, whether on the exterior property or inside the house.
7) BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD LARGE HEAVY ITEMS. There are NO exceptions.
8) There MAY/WILL BE limited entry. Please be patient as we are just trying to keep everybody safe.
9) No drinks are allowed in the home.
10) There is a limit to 1 person at a time per staff at the display cases.
11) Markers are allowed. If you leave a marker, please do NOT leave the immediate area/premises. If you leave, your place in line is no longer reserved and you will be required to move your marker. This is a Kansas City Estate Sale rule. We WILL NOT be the door police as this is NOT A GREEN FROG RULE.
