Due to the small size of the house, we will limit the number of people inside the property (This mostly applies during peak traffic on Wednesday). We will have two checkout stations: 1) Cash only in the garage and a 2) cash/card station in the house. All items are sold "as-is" with no warranty. No refunds. Moving, loading and pick up is the responsibility of the Buyer. Bring your own muscle, we WILL NOT move or load. We are not responsible for accidents. We accept cash and most major credit/debit cards.
