HERES A FEW THINGS TO KNOW…

✅ It’s going to be cold… so be prepared. You are allowed to put a marker down to hold your place in line. I would suggest a folding chair with your name on it. Then you are allowed to go back to your car and wait there until just before the sale is set to open. You are not allowed to put a marker down and then leave.  You must be present to hold your place. 

✅No parking in the driveway. It will be for loading only. Please follow the neon green signs and park in the designated area just north of the home and follow the cones for a short walk to the home.

✅Outside items are roped off. Please do not enter the roped off areas or attempt to pull any tags before the sale opens. 

✅Have fun and be nice! This will be our last sale of the year. Next sale will be the 2nd weekend in January
