FIREARM TERMS: All modern firearms are being sold directly from the owner’s personal collection. Kansas residents may pick up firearms directly from the owner at the designated Kansas pickup location with a valid Kansas-issued photo ID and must be legally eligible to purchase and possess a firearm. Firearms will only be released to the registered buyer. Non-Kansas residents must have firearms transferred through an appropriate FFL dealer and are responsible for all transfer and shipping fees. Payment must be made by cash, pre-approved check, cashier’s check, or wire transfer, and funds must clear before any firearm is released or transferred. Qualifying antique and black powder/muzzleloading firearms that are not classified as firearms under federal law are exempt from these transfer requirements. All firearm sales are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any bidder at our discretion based on bid history, prior auctioneer feedback, or other relevant information. Bidders with no established bidding history will be required to provide a photo of a valid state-issued ID matching the name and address used for registration and may also be contacted at the phone number provided on their account. New bidders may be given limited bidding privileges until a bidding history is established. Unfortunately, these steps are necessary to help protect our sellers and buyers from fraudulent activity. Failure to provide requested verification or respond to contact attempts may result in your account not being approved to bid.
You may receive emails about this auction and upcoming auctions.
Pickup dates, times, and general location are listed in the auction details. Winning bidders will receive an email with the exact pickup address and instructions. Items must be picked up during the scheduled pickup window unless prior arrangements are made.
Shipping is available on select items only. Shipping orders may take up to 10 days from the close of the sale to process. Once your items are packed, you will receive a separate invoice for shipping charges. Your order will ship after the shipping invoice has been paid.
Items not picked up and with no contact made within 20 days of the auction close will be considered abandoned and may be resold or otherwise disposed of at the discretion of Stinnett Auction Service. Failure to pay or pick up items may result in account restrictions or bidding privileges being revoked.
We reserve the right to pause, cancel, or reopen the auction if technical issues such as computer system or internet problems occur. The auction may be delayed until the issue has been resolved.
