TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

No valuable items will be in the home until sale day and are removed each day at end of day.

This sale is located on a busy road. There is no parking on 75th street. You must park down a side street and walk. Driveway will be available for load out only.

This is a 3 day sale.
Day 1 is full price.
Day 2 is 25%
Day 3 is 50% until 1pm (we will close from 1pm-1:15pm to re-set)
75% from 1:15 to 3pm

• We DO NOT load large items - please bring help!
•Not responsible for accidents.
• We reserve the right to inspect all bags.
• All items sold "AS IS" with no implied
warranty or guarantee.
• All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
• No public restrooms provided at the sale.
•We appreciate your being considerate of neighbors property & not blocking driveways!

**We are using the marker system if you would like to save a place in line for the start of the sale. **
Once you put your marker down, you can wait in your car until the sales is ready to start.

We accept cash. Credit and debit cards are accepted with a 4% processing fee.
