Please note that all valuables will be kept out of the house until the day of the sale. Please be considerate of family members staying in the house before the sale. Vintage Monkey Estate Sales accepts cash and credit cards- We NO LONGER accept checks. This is a 3 day sale. Day 1 is full price. Day 2 is 25% off. Day 3 is 50% off. All items under 50 cents will not be marked down. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries. PLEASE BRING HELP TO LOAD YOUR LARGE ITEMS. All items are sold as is. We will be taking bids for items over $50. If you place a bid and it is accepted, you are expected to buy the item. Our goal is to clear the house, so we will be calling bidders throughout the sale. Please be kind to fellow shoppers. If you arrive early, you may place a marker outside of the house to hold your place in line and go wait in your car. Please do not remove other shoppers markers. Also, no tags may be pulled from items before the sale begins. Entrance and exit for this sale will be through the front door. We reserve the right to limit entry if the line is long and the house is too crowded at the beginning of the sale. We are excited to see everyone for another great sale!
