| Auctions begin at 10:00 am at the Shawnee location (if no units available at this location, we begin at the Farley location. No units available, begin at Mastin location etc.), and we travel to each location successively. I would advise calling the Farley location in advance an hour or so before the sale to see what's available (if no answer, work your way down the list until you get someone). The auctioneer has no solid information until auction begins. |

| 3. $100 deposit you will get back after everything is moved out |
| 4. You have 48 hours to vacate the unit |
