Auctions begin at 10:00 am at the N Chouteau Trafficway location (if no units available at this location, we begin at the Shawnee location. No units available, begin at Farley location etc.), and we travel to each location successively. I would advise calling the Farley location in advance an hour or so before the sale to see what's available (if no answer, work your way down the list until you get someone). The auctioneer has no solid information until auction begins.
 
Terms and conditions as follows:
 
1. No smoking on premises
 
2. CASH ONLY and must have cash at the time of win
 
3. $100 deposit you will get back after everything is moved out (seems to vary from location to location so check with manager at each individual site).
 
4. You have 48 hours to vacate the unit (seems to vary from location to location so check with manager at each individual site).
 
5. Please leave any personal documents/pictures behind
 
6. We do not have a trash service. Anything in the unit must go
