To Bid: You will need to register through our software to participate in our online estate auctions. We will get contact and payment information from you at the time that you register.
Timed Bidding: Lots will begin closing at the advertised closing date & time and will close 30 seconds apart. If a new bid comes in during the last 30 seconds before a lot closes, an additional 1 minute will be added.
Buyer’s Premium: A buyer’s premium is an additional charge to the winning bidder. It is a percentage of their bid and is added to the winning bid amount. The buyer’s premium is 15% of the final hammer price.
Condition: All items are sold as-is. Please carefully review the pictures and condition report before bidding on a lot. We are unable to offer refunds for condition issues if the issue was disclosed in the pictures and/or condition report.
Payment: If you are a winning bidder, you will receive an invoice the morning after the auction and your credit card on file will be auto-charged (there is no additional fee for credit card payments). We do not accept cash or checks for payment.
Pickup: The item pickup date & time is advertised on each online estate auction. Winning bidders will receive the full address on their invoice, as well as a link to sign up for a pickup time slot. Items not picked up during the advertised pickup window will be considered abandoned and will be donated without a refund. Brown Button does not provide any shipping services for online estate auctions.

ESTATE AUCTION SALE // This Shawnee, Kansas sale features fine and decorative art, designer handbags, jewelry, and antique furnishings. The collection includes artwork by Ladd Adams and Lisa Homan-Conger, antique hand-colored engravings, two Louis Vuitton purses, a Gucci bag with dust cover and wallet, a Chanel bag, and a Brahmin purse. Authetification included for certain pieces Additional highlights include Waterford, Tiffany & Co., I. Godinger & Co., Herend, an antique French brass mantel clock, a rose quartz Chinese statue, fine jewelry, and antique furniture.
BUYING PROCESS
Bidding opens Monday, March 5th and runs through Tuesday, March 10th. This is a timed auction. Items start closing on Tuesday at 7pm, one every 30 seconds. If a bid comes in during those final 30 seconds, an extra minute is added to that item's time.
PICKUP INFO
Item pickup is Thursday, March 12th in Shawnee, KS (66218). Specific time to be confirmed.
All winning bidders will need to sign up for a pickup time slot. The sign up link will be emailed to you.
Items not picked up will be donated to a good cause. We’re not able to issue refunds or make exceptions. Thanks for understanding.
Delivery is available for most local bidders, depending on your location. If you win, we’ll send you all the delivery details by email.
PAYMENT
There’s a 15% buyer’s premium on all items. So if you win something for $100, your total will come to $115.
Once the auction ends, we’ll email your invoice. To keep it easy, we’ll automatically charge the card you have on file – no cash, no checks, and no extra fees for using a credit card. Sales tax may be added based on the location of the sale.
