Sale home is in Shawnee (area code 66227, just West of K7 and Shawnee Mission Parkway) in a beauuuutiful uber-clean home.  Address will be posted on Saturday afternoon on estatesales.net as the home will be open for the Sale Sunday-Tuesday. 

The sale is both online and in home. We will offer some items online SATURDAY through Tuesday (mostly furniture).  These items will ALSO be available for sale during the in-home sale SUNDAY through Tuesday, unless someone purchases them online prior.

• Face mask/scarf is mandatory to enter the sale home and social distancing will be required.

* Instead of line markers, there will be a clipboard at the front door.  When you get to the sale home, please provide your first name and cell phone number so that we may contact you when it is your turn to enter the home.  With current regulations, we will be allowed to allow approximately 8 guests at a time.  We will also be asking that each guest spend less than an hour in the home so that we may accommodate as many guests as possible. “We won’t know until we know” so here’s what we NOW know so far:

• This online thing works, but we REALLY miss seeing ALL of your faces so SO excited to see y’all on Sunday!
• When you work with people who do what they say they’ll do AND go above and beyond, it’s poetry in the work world.
• Count twice … or three times, cut once.  This goes for WAY more than lumber.
• The kindness and thoughtfulness of every guest these past few weeks – in person, phone or email – has moved me to tears a few times.  Except for the guy that says my ‘Babel’ is annoying.  Curious if he’ll get to this …
