NO food or drink allowed and there will be NO public restrooms available for this sale and no exceptions. Please plan accordingly.
Due to the fragile nature and the numerous items for sale, children are discouraged from attending. If you bring children, they must remain with you and be closely supervised at all times.
There may be stairs inside this home so please bring any assistance needed. This home is not handicap accessible.

We do not have anyone available to move large furniture and heavy items. Come prepared to handle heavy purchases on your own. Large items can be picked up at the end of the day or the end of the sale and even after the sale days. We know it can be difficult to find help moving large items to we will be as flexible as possible given our contract with the client.
