Cash, Good Checks w/ID, and Visa, Master Card &, Discover Credit Cards. Credit purchases must be a minimum of $20.00 or more. Checks are limited to the amount of $300.00 or less. Buyers are responsible for wrapping their breakable items. Bring help to load your larger items. please. Some help is available by sale staff if you are not physically able to move the items on your own. Larger item moving can be facilitated to your residence, however, the cost is negotiated between the buyer and the movers who typically assist our company. Not responsible for accidents. All items sold "as is where is". No public restrooms. No early sales. All sales final.

Description & Details

This sale is located on a lovely 4-acre property with huge leafy oaks and a two-story home that has been lovingly cared for.  The owner collected many interesting one-of-a-kind items over a lifetime.  There is a generous offering of antiques, primitives, and collectibles in addition to a general line of household goods.  We think that there will be something of interest for everyone.  The house and garage are full.  We are also selling the owner's automobile.  We will be adding pictures throughout the week so check back to see what is new.  

We know that people are anxious to get out again following the pandemic restrictions.  We have been looking forward to seeing everyone and sharing the fun once more.   Please be aware that we will be practicing safety precautions that allow us to enjoy the sale without worry.  This means that we will be wearing masks and ask our customers to follow suit.   We will be practicing social distancing and sanitizing surfaces between customers and have hand sanitizer available.  We can allow up to 45 people at a time in this generous home.  Please practice kindness and patience with us and with each other.

Parking is allowed on the lawn.  Please respect directional signs.
