PAC Management Inc. – Auction Terms & Conditions
1. General Terms
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties, guarantees, refunds, exchanges, or returns.
PAC Management Inc. makes no representations or warranties regarding authenticity, age, provenance, condition, metal content, gemstone identity, functionality, or value unless explicitly stated in writing.
Buyers are responsible for reviewing photographs, reading descriptions, asking questions, and conducting their own due diligence prior to bidding.
In-person preview is available by appointment.

2. Payment Terms
Payment is processed after items are boxed, weighed, and prepared for shipment. Please allow 2–3 business days following auction close for final invoice processing.
All major payment methods supported by the auction platform are accepted unless otherwise restricted.
Invoices containing silver, gold, bullion, numismatic rarities, or other high-value items may require payment by wire transfer, cash, certified funds, or cleared check at PAC Management Inc.'s discretion.
PAC Management Inc. reserves the right to hold shipment until all funds have fully cleared.
Failure to remit payment may result in bidder suspension, account termination, collection efforts, and legal action.
3. Shipping Terms
Shipping, handling, packaging, and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Multiple lots will be combined when practical to reduce shipping costs. Certain oversized, fragile, hazardous, or high-value items may require separate packaging.
PAC Management Inc. packages items securely; however, title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer when the shipment is delivered to the carrier. PAC Management Inc. is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, theft, damage, or misdelivery.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
4. Bidding Terms
All bids are final and legally binding.
Winning bidders are obligated to complete payment in full.
Bid retractions are not permitted.
PAC Management Inc. reserves the right to reject bids, remove lots, cancel sales, resolve bidding disputes, or refuse service to any bidder at its sole discretion.
5. Item Descriptions & Authentication
Descriptions and photographs are provided to the best of our ability; however, errors or omissions may occur.
Coins, jewelry, gemstones, precious metals, watches, and collectibles may be evaluated using testing equipment including XRF analyzers, refractive index meters, microscopes, and scales. Such testing is informational only and does not constitute laboratory certification.
Any references to authenticity, grade, rarity, attribution, condition, metal content, gemstone identification, or value are opinions unless certified by a recognized third-party grading or authentication service.
All weights, grades, measurements, and descriptions should be considered estimates and not guarantees.
6. Bidder Responsibility
Bidders are responsible for maintaining accurate registration, billing, shipping, and contact information.
Buyers are solely responsible for determining whether an item is legal to own, possess, receive, transport, or import within their jurisdiction.
Any costs resulting from inaccurate bidder information or legal restrictions shall be the responsibility of the bidder.
7. Limitation of Liability
PAC Management Inc. shall not be liable for typographical errors, cataloging mistakes, grading opinions, third-party appraisals, undisclosed repairs, shipping issues, platform outages, or technical failures.
The maximum liability of PAC Management Inc. for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the item in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kansas.
Participation in this auction constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
