Items not picked up by the stated deadline may be considered **abandoned without refund** unless prior arrangements have been made.

When shipping is offered, the buyer is responsible for all packing, shipping, handling, and insurance costs.

Online Bidding

This is an online-only auction. All bidding takes place through HiBid.

Lots will begin closing at the advertised auction closing time and will continue closing in lot order.

Do not wait until the last few seconds to bid. HiBid may extend the closing time on a lot when bids are placed near closing.

Buyer's Premium & Payment

An 18.5% Buyer's Premium will be added to all winning bids.

Credit and debit card payments are subject to an additional 3.5% processing fee.

Shipping

Shipping is the default unless local pickup arrangements are made.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping, handling, packaging, insurance, and applicable carrier charges.

After the auction, items requiring shipment will be packed and weighed. Please allow approximately 2–3 business days after the auction closes for shipping charges and final processing.

Additional charges may apply to oversized, heavy, fragile, insured, or specially packaged items.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available by prior arrangement only.

If you want to pick up your purchases locally, please contact PAC Management Inc. before, during, or immediately after the auction closes.

If we are not contacted regarding pickup, we will assume your purchases require shipping and process the card on file accordingly.

Items designated Local Pickup Only cannot be shipped unless arrangements are specifically approved.
